As of April 21st (Tuesday), Uogashida's most popular item is "Tokushima Prefecture-produced! Thick-fleshed Kamiyama Shiitake Mushrooms" for 660 yen (tax included)!

The popular Kamiyama shiitake mushrooms, which have been a hit since the days of its predecessor, Aoyama Shokudo, are now even better with a robatayaki (charcoal grill) preparation.

Hold the stem and savor the delicious flavor of the thick, fleshy cap. Kamiyama shiitake mushrooms can be enjoyed to the very last bite, including the stem.
