We are opening a seafood robatayaki restaurant called Uogashida.
Combining the fish market and the casita
Please pronounce it as Uogashita.
I founded Casita 25 years ago.
The name that came to mind immediately
Someday, with the Casita concept
I'm going to open a Japanese restaurant.
We're thinking of naming the shop Uogashida.
That dream has finally come true.
Even if the cuisine changes to Japanese food
Casita's feelings are the same.
Our goal is to create a restaurant that leaves both your stomach and your heart full.
We get fresh fish and seasonal vegetables delivered every day.
We simply cook it and serve it.
Every day from 5 PM
We look forward to your visit.
Wo Casita is a robatayaki (charcoal-grilled food) restaurant located in the basement of Omotesando.
At the heart of the shop is a 15-seat counter where customers can enjoy watching the food being grilled right in front of them.
This is a special seat where you can savor even the color and aroma of the fire.
In addition, we offer comfortable table seating,
We welcome you to a space tailored to each individual evening.
As you savor the food and drinks, the night gradually becomes more relaxed.
Please enjoy this shop.
